Founded in 2015 by Chef Marcus Rivera after two decades of culinary exploration across three continents, Gastronome began as a 30-seat neighbourhood bistro with a radical idea: that fine dining could feel like coming home.
Today, we source 80% of our ingredients from farms within 50 miles, our wine cellar holds over 400 bottles, and our team of 12 chefs creates a new seasonal menu every eight weeks. We've been awarded two Michelin stars and named among the city's top 10 restaurants for three consecutive years.
