Founded in 2015 by Chef Marcus Rivera, Gastronome was born from a simple belief: that every meal should be a journey. Our kitchen sources from local farms, our wine cellar spans three continents, and our team treats every guest like family.
What began as a 30-seat neighbourhood bistro has grown into one of the city's most celebrated dining destinations — without ever losing the warmth that made it special from day one.
