Target uptime: 99% monthly
Excludes:
- Third-party outages
- Regulatory changes
- Scheduled maintenance
- Force majeure events
Support Response Times

| Critical | Service unavailable | 4 business hours |
| High | Core feature broken | 8 business hours |
| Medium | UI/reporting issues | 24 business hours |
| Low | Cosmetic issues | 48 business hours |
Exclusions
This SLA does not cover issues caused by:
- Client data errors
- Third-party outages
- Regulatory changes
- Internet failures
